Aggregates listings from multiple sources, applies AI-driven evaluation and scoring (LLM-based evaluation, ICP matching), and displays curated listings to investors. Features multi-language support (English/Spanish), region-based filtering, and property type categorization with analytics dashboard.

Built with Laravel 13 + Vue 3 + Inertia.js + TypeScript + Tailwind CSS. Uses Prism AI SDK for property evaluation, MapLibreGL for maps, and ApexCharts for analytics.
